Press MENU on your remote control, then press 4 to check your Mail Messages. If you have a notification from us saying that you need to pay your account, then payment needs to be made before your services can be reactivated.

If your account payment is up to date, you can reset this error online using the form above or alternatively you can reset it via USSD by dialling *288#

Check that the cables from the satellite dish are securely connected to the correct inputs on the back of your decoder. Once you have checked all of the connection cables, switch off the power to your decoder at the wall plug and wait at least 10 seconds before switching it on again and allowing the decoder to reboot.
